We began doing business with ICS several years ago when we were having service issues with another company. Immediately, we realized ICS’s products were excellent and very competitively priced. Over these past several years, they have provided Monthly Preventative Maintenance and always respond promptly when we need them.

When our 35 year old dishwasher finally gave out 4 years ago, ICS leased us an excellent, easy to use High Temperature Dishwasher. They provide all of the parts and labor as part of the lease. Our chemical orders are placed with ICS one day and usually are delivered the next day.

The Latham 76 Diner/Restaurant is a 400+ seat customer that is open 24/7/365. They never close. They have done business with ICS since the 1980’s because we are responsive to their needs whether it is a Monday afternoon at 2 PM or a Sunday morning at 2 AM. They expect their glassware, silverware, and china to look impeccably clean. They also depend on ICS for many other specialty products such as Heavy Duty Degreasers, Pot & Pan Detergent, and a citrus-scented All Purpose Cleaner, to name a few.

Lo Porto's Ristorante

Carm LoPorto, pictured here, is one of several LoPorto family members that has established LoPorto’s Ristorante’ as a Troy, NY landmark. The LoPorto family, including Michael LoPorto, founder of the 5 Star restaurant in the 1980’s, depends on ICS to provide clean, spot-free results on their stemware, silverware, and fine china. LoPorto’s also utilizes ICS Degreasers, non-slip Quarry Tile Floor Cleaner, and various other products to keep both the front and back of the restaurant looking superb.

Several years ago, when their dishmachine was in need of replacement, ICS found them a popular model dishmachine in excellent condition and even installed it for them, all at a very reasonable cost. ICS provides periodic Preventative Maintenance to keep the dishmachine working efficiently and at minimal costs.

The Wolf Road Diner is located on one of the busiest thoroughfares in the Albany, NY area. The 250+ seat Diner/Restaurant prides itself on overall cleanliness and glistening dishware. When their dishwasher of over 20+ years needed replacing, ICS located a used, high capacity dishwasher in near-new condition for a fraction of the cost of a new dishwasher.

They rely on ICS, through their consistent Preventative Maintenance, to keep their dishwasher operating efficiently and in good repair. They use a host of ICS products to keep a tight control on their cleaning costs while effectively keeping the Diner clean and sanitary.

The Spathis family has owned and operated the Wolf Road Diner proudly for the past 20 years.

Stonehedge Restaurant

Stonehedge has earned the reputation as a premiere dinnerhouse in the Hudson Valley. They rely on ICS products and service to provide a top-notch impression. When their dishmachine needed to be replaced, they saw the merits of an ICS lease. The 5 year lease is now done and they have a dishmachine that will serve them well for many more years. Park Manor Rehab. and Health Care Center
Middletown, New York

Maria Bernal, Contract Mgr./Enviro. Services, and Sharon Murray, Assistant Enviro. Services Mgr. (both pictured) are well aware of the challenges ICS faced in the Park Manor Laundry. This 250 bed Rehab and Health Care facility has extremely HARD water and 4 Laundry Washer/Extractors with limited Fixed Wash Formulas. Despite these conditions, ICS has been able to provide clean PADS, white, soft towels and washcloths, and Sheets/Pillowcases, in addition to other Laundry items. ICS has done this all within very tight Budget constraints.

Vicki Caston (pictured here) has been a very capable, devoted Manager of Healthy Diapers for the past several years. The present owners, Shelley and Brendan Tween, have revitalized and expanded the business since purchasing it and gave Vicki this key role as part of that growth plan.

ICS has provided the products, Dispensing Systems, and technical knowledge to achieve bright white, baby-soft diapers. These end results allow Healthy Diapers to market a supreme diaper service with consistent quality, controlled costs, and minimal investment in diaper replacement.
